| ICAP at Columbia University (ICAP) in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) seeks a short-term hire as a Monitoring and Evaluation Director. Under the supervision of the Country Director, the Monitoring and Evaluation Director will coordinate the establishment of a reliable system for the collection, processing and use of data generated by the programs implemented by ICAP in the DRC. He will work in close collaboration with the clinical and technical unit to monitor the implementation of the program. The Monitoring and Evaluation Director will be a key player in technical working groups for the improvement of national monitoring and evaluation systems in collaboration with other technical partners. He will also coordinate the process of developing specific or global reports to be submitted to donors, the development and implementation of research protocols and, in collaboration with the technical team, the development of abstracts and other scientific publications. This position is grant-funded. The ideal candidate would be based in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of the Congo. | ||
