What market are you in? How big is this market? How fast is it growing?

The market is still exploitable, so we have wide range of target from local universities who lack skills in technological related training to small business and upcoming startups which lack financial support and business support. with growing number of social media and smart phone we need to support people who can change the entrepreneurship landscape from traditional to digital.

How does your product / service solve this problem?

After doing our research on the market, we found that small business is a booming environment in Congo for us it was an opportunity to provide them skills by incubating their projects and ideas and provide them training in management of startups. since we have the platform we can help them to overcome some issue like access to opportunity and funding.

What results can your customers expect when they implement your solution?

Our graduate startups are expected to be linked with other platform for further support and have access to funding also have the skill to manage their startups.  we expect women coming from our program to become leaders in technology and empower other women in the sector of science and business. finally, we expect to great a society of entrepreneur not job seeker.

Who are your competitors? How do you differentiate from them?

We are the only hub in the east of the DR Congo which provides virtual incubation due to lack of such platform and infrastructure. we provide services like startups incubation, digital marketing, link local business to capital venture, create employment, professional web designers /hosting training in IT related course and inclusion of women in technology by supporting women/girl who are involved in technology and business. In the DR Congo, we do have competitor like Lumumba lab(based in south of DRC and Centre innovation de Lubumbashi also based in Lubumbashi.

What are your main technology/product challenges?

One of the main challenges are internet connectivity, poor IT infrastructure, lack of electricity and there is no policies governing the technology sector.
