UNICEF information security awareness course free with certificate based upon the UN’s computer-based training course for the United Nations system. This course will give you an overall view of concepts and solutions for data protection and help you to review proper use of UNICEF’s information assets and best practices for cyber security at work and at home.

Learning objectives

By the end of the mandatory course, you will be able to:

– Master the fundamentals of information security best practices
– Examine UNICEF’s information security policies and resources
– Consider the importance of UNICEF’s sensitive information and data classification
– Investigate social engineering methods, its associated threats and what you can do to minimise its impact

– Understand the growing threat of phishing and how to combat it

You can take the Information Security Final Assessment after the first seven modules. An 80% success rate gives you accreditation and a certificate of course completion.
