KIVUHUB STATEMENT ON COVID-19
In relation to the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak , our top priority as b is the safety of our members, their clients and our employees. We are closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance from the government and WHO  regarding the proper prevention and management of this situation.
Yesterday the President of the DR.Congo, issued a notice for closure of all education institutions and large events with more than 10 people in attendance. As such KivuHub is cancelling all physical training and events in all of the DR.Congo . We are moving all those trainings to online platforms and will be sharing details tomorrow including registration links for these online events.
We are working closely with our community members to find ways to ensure business continuity and encouraging them to embrace remote working and digital engagement with clients.
In connection with guidance provided by the Ministry of Health, we have strengthened on-site cleanliness measures, such as more frequent wiping and disinfection, equipping each location with additional sanitization products, and working with building management to increase cleaning and sanitization of common areas.
All Members of the society are meanwhile advised to take the following preventive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19
